Please enjoy this performance of J.S. Bach’s Christ lag in Todesbanden, BWV 625 by S. Bartholomew’s parish organist Sebastian Moreno. The piece, which is based on the well-known Easter chorale, has been recorded as part of the Royal Canadian College of Organists (RCCO) Orgelbüchlein Recording Project. The project has organists across Canada recording all 45 pieces from Bach’s seminal Orgelbüchlein. New videos will be released weekly on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays from September to December on the RCCO Toronto Centre’s YouTube channel.
