* The motet at 11 a.m. is based on the ancient Advent Office Hymn, Veni, Redemptor gentium, which was adapted into German by Martin Luther.

* The medieval songs featured in this liturgy come from 13th century Paris, and the singers likely danced in a round as they sang. Music will feature voice, medieval fiddle and medieval lute.
